3. Services and Contracts
All services provided by ReWork Marketing LTD are subject to individual contracts and payment conditions, which will be discussed and agreed upon directly with the client prior to the commencement of work. These contracts will outline the specific scope of work, timelines, and agreed fees.

4. Payment Terms
The payment terms, including the schedule and method of payment, will be clearly defined in the contract for each project. Invoices must be paid within the specified period agreed upon in the contract. Late payments may incur additional fees or interest, as outlined in the individual contracts.

5. Cancellation and Termination
Both parties retain the right to cancel or terminate the contract under the conditions outlined within the specific service agreement. In the event of cancellation or termination, any outstanding payments for completed work or incurred expenses must be settled.

ReWork Marketing LTD reserves the right to refuse services to clients whose content violates our Acceptable Content Policy. This includes but is not limited to:

If the content provided by the client breaches this policy, we reserve the right to terminate services immediately.

7. Intellectual Property
All work produced by ReWork Marketing LTD remains the property of the company until full payment is received. Upon receipt of full payment, the client is granted the rights to use the delivered material as agreed in the contract.

8. Confidentiality
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information. Any sensitive information shared with ReWork Marketing LTD will not be disclosed to third parties without the client's consent unless required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability
ReWork Marketing LTD will not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim, including negligence, will not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the services in question.

10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or related contracts will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
